Teaching Philosophy (abbreviated)
Teaching undergraduate students is a central part of my development as an academic and a designer. I have been fortunate enough to teach a variety of classes thus far in my career including: Graphic Design I, II and III, 2-D Design, Web Design I and II, Corporate Identity, Typography, Senior Portfolio, and Video Art. Ultimately, my goal in teaching is to develop confident and passionate students. I believe the most successful students actively participate in the learning process and thrive from the rewarding feeling that comes with diligent work.
