My proven ability to manage large-scale communication projects and lead teams enables me to offer strategic guidance and make decisions that will elevate Kremenak NanoTech Inc.‘s brand and reputation.
During my five years as Visual Arts & Music Department Chair at Columbia College, I demonstrated leadership by consistently managing six budgets under allocation, boosting departmental enrollment by developing recruitment events, and expanding our team by hiring and integrating five full-time faculty members. My annual Chair evaluations highlighted my clear communication, ethical approach to leadership, and strong project management capabilities.
As a Professor, I focused on teaching, service, and professional development. As the dedicated graphic design faculty, I modernized the BA in Graphic Design curriculum and developed a new UI/UX online certificate program, directly impacting student learning and career readiness. I also advised design students and supervised their internships, fostering their professional growth.
